Soup For Seniors Kitchen #8 & Seniors Lunch

The next Soup for Seniors kitchen is scheduled for February 20th at 11:00am at the South Hall.
If you would like to volunteer to help in the kitchen, or if you’re interested in being on the receiving end of some of the great soup - give us a call.

When we have finished making the soup, we always sit down and eat together, before we begin clean up and packaging. In January we invited Seniors to join us, and it was such a treat, that we would like to repeat it this month. We’ll have a simple lunch, of soup and bread at about 1:00pm, and seniors are welcome to join us.

Update: 8 volunteers made 74 containers of 3 different varieties of soup. We made: Seafood Chowder, Roast Squash & Yam Soup and Borscht.
